"The room is spacious and very clean, hotel staffs is friendly and helpful too. So far everything is good, i love it very much. Walking distance to KL hotspots KLCC, Pavillon. and etc. Street food infront of the lobby, roti canai is delicous dip with dhal gravy and sambal. Thank you crown regency, my family is very happy and i cant wait to check in again in future. See you."

"Good room n housekeeping Room is good, aircon v cold, water pressure n heater working well. Maybe need to change the tv so that it looks contemporary. Laundry room needs to be renovated w better maintained machines. Food trucks n street vendors along the road near the hotel. Food delivery is also available."
